Course Objectives The course aims to teach the basis medical documentation process in the hospitals. Moreover, ıt will let the students to understand the relationship between medical secretary, physicians,patients and patient'd families. Finally it will help the students to involve in the law and regulations of medical documentation.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
Course Description The course will cover lectures such as; the history of medical documentation, international developments, the importance of medical documentation and secretariat, the responsibilities of doctors, nurses, patients and secretariat in medical documentation, symbols and computer typing.
